Job Title: Archer GRC Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ODAs and core solutions on the Archer GRC platform.
- Install packages for production deployments and manage upgrades/maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the team to address Archer-specific solutions and engage in troubleshooting with vendor support.
- Design and implement core components such as Access Management, advanced workflows, and data imports.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Archer GRC platform.
- Proficient in developing forms, layouts, data feeds, and reports within Archer.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, with attention to system/process impacts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile best practices; Archer API knowledge is a plus. Prior experience in Financial Services or Asset Management is advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $68.00 per hour
