We have an immediate opening for a Contingent Instructor/Trainer to collaborate with our Workday team.
Position: Contingent Instructor – Engaging & Dynamic Trainer
We are seeking a mid-level instructor to focus on both creating and enhancing training for our Workday product. This role will involve working with various departments and groups to:
- Understand their challenges and training needs.
- Determine if existing training materials are available; if not, develop the necessary resources.
- Deliver training sessions as needed to address identified challenges.
Note: Experience with Workday is not required. We are looking for someone proactive, outgoing, energetic, and charismatic.
Technical Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in virtual and in-person instructor-led training.
- Ability to develop training materials, including written guides and computer-based training (CBT).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and e-learning tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar software.
- An adaptable learner who can efficiently adjust to new systems and processes.
Analytical Skills
- Ability to assess training needs and customize instructional approaches accordingly.
- Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and implementing continuous improvements.
- Strong critical thinking skills to enhance training delivery.
Communication Skills
- Exceptional public speaking and facilitation skills that keep audiences engaged.
- Strong writing abilities for creating training materials and documentation.
- Capability to simplify complex topics and communicate them effectively.
- Comfortable managing Q&A sessions and interacting with diverse groups.
Organizational Skills
- Ability to manage multiple training sessions and content development projects.
- Diligence in structuring training sessions effectively.
- Capacity to work independently while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
