Job Description:
The Depot Support Technician will assist the Memphis HQ with daily activities as directed. Responsibilities include:
- Promptly reporting to work as scheduled
- Keeping an inventory of raw materials
- Making boxes, packing boxes, and labeling boxes
- Transporting boxes for shipment
- Testing monitors and imaging computers as needed
This position reports directly to the IT Manager of Support Services. The primary responsibility is to ensure the availability of shipping supplies, safely pack transport materials, and ship equipment for new employees. The technician must be present and available for Depot operations and should follow standard Depot operating procedures for accurate packing and labeling of boxes. Familiarity with the New-Hire Kit process and preparation is also required, along with other duties assigned by the IT Manager of Support Services.

Operational Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and responsibility for issues from initiation to successful resolution
- Escalate issues and involve experts as needed to resolve problems quickly
- Provide accurate work in a challenging environment
- Develop a solid understanding of the New-Hire Kit process and Depot operations
- Build technical knowledge of each system within the company
- Maintain knowledge of operating systems and application software to provide elevated support
- Demonstrate a general understanding of shipping processes, practices, and procedures

Qualifications:
- Life experience and 1-2 years of work experience in a warehouse, or an equivalent combination of experience
- Ability to prioritize work based on departmental and production goals
- Good written and verbal communication skills
