Deputy Group Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 20 members, ranging from senior Oracle-certified professionals to graduate students.
- Conduct business system analysis, make recommendations, and provide solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Assist in restructuring the current team and help bring a new vision to fruition.
- Assess existing solutions and tools used in-house versus the potential addition of new offerings. (Currently, there are over 60 implemented solutions, from project management tools to ERP systems.)
Environment:
- Oversee 8 groups with more than 170 people within this division: Business Systems and Technology Group. This division is critical for systems and infrastructure, with financial systems analysts collaborating closely with technical teams.
Qualifications Needed:
- Strong leadership skills: Ability to engage stakeholders, influence others, collaborate effectively, and communicate excellently.
- Solutions-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Experience in leading the restructuring of an existing team.
- Capacity to confront problems directly and adapt quickly.
- Innovative and proactive attitude.
- Alignment with the vision of upscaling the team, ensuring everyone understands their roles, and guiding the team through change.
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle ERP applications (FIN, HCM, etc.).
- Familiarity with project management tools and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud solutions, particularly Oracle or SAP, as these are being considered for an eventual transition to the cloud.
