Governance Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Define metrics and business terms for U.S. News and World Report.
- Process data access requests.
- Document and maintain metadata in a data catalog.
- Organize, track, and establish accessibility rules for the data catalog.
- Map data sources and analytics to ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with data owners and stewards to document knowledge.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Strong project management skills (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Experience in tracking project progress and task completion.
- Review data documentation to ensure compliance with institutional frameworks.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Identify inconsistencies and ensure data integrity.
- Understanding of healthcare data and governance frameworks.
- Experience with U.S. News and World Report is a plus.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent writing skills for clear emails and documentation.
