Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to end-users by resolving software, hardware, and network issues.
Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
- Assist in software installations and updates
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Document all support activities in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues
Requirements
- Proficiency in IT support and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking protocols
- Experience with software troubleshooting tools like Remedy or ServiceNow
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Prior experience in desktop support or technical help desk roles
- Familiarity with SCCM for software deployment is a plus
