HRIS Analyst II
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst II to support and enhance our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role involves implementing new functionalities, maintaining system integrity, and providing guidance to HR and management teams to align system capabilities with business objectives. The HRIS Analyst II will play a key role in supporting Absence/Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Benefits while driving system improvements and promoting adoption across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation & Maintenance: Configure, test, implement, and document new Workday functionalities while ensuring security, business processes, reporting, and integrations are maintained.
- Business Analysis & User Support: Build strong partnerships with users to understand business needs and leverage Workday solutions to optimize processes.
- System Updates & Enhancements: Lead biannual system updates by reviewing changes, prioritizing new functionalities, and ensuring that impacted users are informed.
- Process Improvement & Project Management: Define and prioritize system-related projects, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and enhance HR business processes.
- Training & Consultation: Provide training and guidance to HR, management, and system users to drive Workday adoption and utilization.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and implement dashboards and reports to support business intelligence and strategic decision-making.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to internal controls, perform system audits, and maintain compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Technology & Vendor Management: Stay informed about Workday advancements, influence product roadmaps, participate in Workday user groups, and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM configuration is required.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, security, and data management.
- Proficient in Workday reporting, Excel, and engaging with Workday Community.
- Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills:
- Ability to analyze business needs, troubleshoot system issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in project management, process optimization, and change management.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Strong ability to build trust and maintain cross-functional relationships.
