Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development: Create micro-learning courses and engaging, concise training materials for our internal teams.
2. Instructional Design: Design and develop learning programs, including eLearning, videos, and other content formats that align with our business needs.
3. Adaptability: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their specific needs, adjusting content and delivery methods to ensure that training is both effective and efficient.
4. LMS Development: Design and enhance our internal Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and delivering training. Familiarity with tools like Talent LMS is preferred, though experience with other content management systems is also welcome.
5. Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard content creation tools such as Camtasia, Well Said Labs, and Canva to develop engaging content that supports employee learning and growth.
6. Collaboration: Partner with external consultants and vendors for UKG-related training, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our teams.
7. Integration & Mergers: Leverage your experience with mergers and integrations to help design effective training that supports smooth transitions and aligns with our evolving company structure.
Required Qualifications:
- Content Development Expertise: Strong experience in designing and developing training materials, including micro-learning and eLearning solutions.
- Software Tool Proficiency: Competence in instructional design and content creation software such as Camtasia, Canva, and Well Said Labs.
- LMS Familiarity: Direct experience with LMS systems (e.g., Talent LMS) and the ability to build or enhance internal LMS platforms.
- Adaptable Approach: A flexible and open mindset, allowing you to adapt to the unique needs of the business and design efficient content—no lengthy or rigid training sessions allowed!
- Merger/Integration Experience: Experience managing training and onboarding during company mergers or integrations is highly beneficial.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to listen, understand, and respond to the needs of various teams across the company.
Desired Qualifications (Not Required):
- Familiarity with UKG and Salesforce or similar software platforms.
- Prior experience in sales-driven environments, demonstrating the ability to quickly adapt and work with diverse teams and external consultants.
