Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement best practices.
- Manage demand, ideas, and assignment/security groups within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues and enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Customer Service Management (CSM) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts and best practices is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $72.00 per hour
