Job Description
Campaign Management:
Oversee B2B marketing campaigns and strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot). This includes developing list emails and customer journeys to drive engagement.
Lead Process Assistance:
- Create and maintain lead nurturing programs to enhance lead quality and conversion rates, integrating MCAE with CRM for a seamless, automated lead journey.
- Define and uphold an efficient lead handoff process to sales, ensuring accurate and complete lead data for follow-up.
- Formulate hypotheses, conduct tests, and identify growth opportunities within MCAE (e.g., email A/B testing) to improve performance.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Customer Journey/Lifecycle and refine lead nurturing strategies to boost customer engagement.
- Monitor email-sending capabilities and maintain our domain reputation with Everest.
- Create documentation for marketing projects, providing training and support to internal teams on lead nurturing, defining user requirements, and business applications.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and lead generation performance, delivering insights to drive improvement and inform future strategies.
- Identify and support the implementation of automation-based solutions for lead scoring, routing, and nurturing, ensuring alignment between CRM and MCAE.
- Assist with data governance and standardization rules.
- Provide data modeling support for MCAE.
- Coordinate business approvals for campaigns, managing roadblocks and enhancements to ensure timely project releases.
- Stay updated on MCAE, Salesforce, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions for lead and marketing processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Current Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist Certification.
- A minimum of three years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), specifically in managing lead generation and CRM integration.
- At least three years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on B2B marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing lead generation processes, including scoring, nurturing, and conversion optimization within Salesforce CRM.
- Experience collaborating with marketing content creators to execute campaign initiatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, capable of interpreting data to enhance campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Ability to write comprehensive business requirement documentation that translates business needs into engineering requirements.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing new processes and facilitating user adoption.
- Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing and issue resolution.
- Ability to support and train end-users effectively.
- Skilled at communicating lead processes and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and CRM Analytics is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Postmaster, Analytics 360, and Everest is a plus.
- Skilled in CRM data structure, lead tracking, and report building within Salesforce, with experience managing lead-to-opportunity workflows.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, capable of configuring basic requirements in MCAE.
- Experience in leading loyalty strategies such as SMS, push notifications, and email to create a cohesive customer experience.
- Familiarity with using first-party data to develop customized lead nurture programs, using UTM tracking, completion actions, dynamic lists, and engagement programs.
- Understanding of API development, data migrations, and cloud services.
- Ability to build Excel Macros to facilitate manual data cleaning.
- Experience in the Real Estate sector is a plus, along with knowledge of retention marketing practices.
