US Talent Transformation Digital & Analytics Team
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our USTT Digital & Analytics team, focusing on talent transformation initiatives from both systems and process perspectives.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong project management skills, be highly collaborative, and show meticulousness in coordinating meetings. Responsibilities include tracking and updating project plans, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID log). This individual will create project materials and support design sessions, user acceptance testing, cutover, training, and service rehearsal testing processes as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create project plans and associated resource plans, then present them to leadership.
- Manage teams to execute projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with the project's scope.
- Develop key messages and communicate project updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and performance consultants.
- Assist in the development of learning materials related to the project, including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams, job aids, and self-study materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant work experience in implementing talent systems and processes from ideation through deployment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow.
- PMP Certification.
- Strong knowledge of leading project management methodologies and experience in implementing new talent systems and processes.
- Experience in well-being, compensation, benefits administration, and talent processes is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in executive communication and presentations. Strong listening, facilitation, and influencing skills are essential for engaging with all management and leadership levels.
