Summary:
We are seeking a contractor to backfill a position left by an individual with limited Workday reporting experience. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Workday Report Writer with strong customer-facing skills, able to collaborate with various departments. Preference will be given to candidates with financial reporting experience, as the current lead is highly experienced in Human Capital Management (HCM). The team is currently utilizing Prism to pull data from Adaptive into Workday and has several additional use cases.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in Financial Reporting
- Familiarity with HCM reports or the ability to build HCM reports
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Prism
- Experience with Composite, Standard, Advanced Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, etc.
- Enthusiastic and personable demeanor
Responsibilities:
Support, enable, and execute the Workday Reporting & Analytics strategy as outlined by the Workday Data Analytics & Reporting Lead, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Workday Program. This includes:
- Developing, maintaining, and supporting the client's Workday analytics portfolio, including Custom Reports, Dashboards, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, and/or Prism.
- Acting as the SME for report writers across HR, Financial Services, Supply Chain Management, and Financial Planning, as well as for business-facing stakeholders regarding Workday reporting requests.
- Providing expert knowledge of industry best practices related to reporting and analytics.
- Identifying opportunities for enhancing, streamlining, and optimizing existing reporting processes.
- Meeting deadlines and managing varied workloads with a high degree of accuracy while ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Offering insights and recommendations to improve reporting processes, maintain data integrity across all reports, and enhance user experience.
- Research new technologies and tools that can add value to services and data management.
- Staying up-to-date on new Workday reporting and analytics features to ensure the client is utilizing the most current technology and toolset.
- Distilling complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers.
- Managing multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously.
- Actively supporting the secure use, storage, and transmission of sensitive employee data and participating in system and data quality compliance.
- Troubleshooting report-related issues and resolving them promptly while providing sustainable solutions.
