Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and unit testing of Workday and UKG system integrations.
- Provide timely support for systems, processes, and user inquiries via ServiceNow, maintaining accurate documentation of resolutions.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and support of Workday and Kronos integrations across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for integration issues with external vendors, including enhancing existing integrations and troubleshooting file transfer failures.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of all delivered systems and generate comprehensive technical documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and integrations, particularly with UKG.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with vendors and end-users.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex integrations and shared reports.
- Familiarity with report writing, including creating reports from scratch and modifying existing ones.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and adapt to evolving technology needs.
