Job Title: Workday Student Consultant
Company Overview:
We are a dynamic organization that successfully went live with Workday in the fall of 2024. Currently, we are experiencing challenges with our Workday Student module, having previously implemented HCM and Financials. Our team requires expertise in Financial Aid to optimize our systems and ensure effective operations moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess existing issues within the Workday Student module and identify areas for improvement.
- Reconfigure the Workday system to align with best practices and user requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide knowledge transfer (KT) and training on system functionalities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance Financial Aid processes within Workday.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to report on progress and gather feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, specifically with the Student module and Financial Aid.
- Strong understanding of Workday integration with HCM and Financials systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex system configurations.
- Effective communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
- Certification in Workday Student or related modules is preferred.
