Payroll Administrator
Immediate opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather necessary payroll data and resolve discrepancies
- Process employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments
- Generate and analyze payroll reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any SAP SuccessFactors issues related to payroll processing.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of updates and enhancements to the SAP SuccessFactors payroll module.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to payroll records.
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position in Atlanta. Work onsite in Smyrna, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- High level of attention to detail/accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
