Supplier Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Renton)
Immediate opportunity for a Supplier Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage monthly supplier commission revenue and prepare monthly journal entries.
- Manage supplier billback invoices.
- Manage staff responsible for AR processing, payments and collections.
- Process employee expense and incentive reimbursements and submit to payroll.
- Manage multi-state expense allocations.
- Manage month-end close activities.Performs account analysis and sets up new accounts. Involved in year-end audit.
- Prepares financial and statistical reports as required. Assumes other special activities and responsibilities as directed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with individual or business customers or aid with problems these customers may encounter.
This is a direct-hire position in Renton working onsite Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
