IT Support Specialist
A great opportunity for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a fast-paced team and make an impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide in-person (20%-40%) and phone-based (60%-80%) support
- Manage Level II and III tickets; resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Handle Level I tickets as needed and update the ticketing system
- Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure, security, and applications
- Follow IT security policies and contribute to service improvements
- Create and update knowledge-base documentation
- Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned
POSITION DETAILS:
- Long-term contract, renewed every 6 months
- Based in Corona, with weekly travel to a secondary office once a week
- Work hours vary (7:00 AM - 8:30 PM) but remain consistent after onboarding
- Target compensation range is $27 to $34 an hour DOE

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3 years IT support experience
- Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
- PC imaging, encryption validation, and spam filtering tools
- Strong customer service and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to transport equipment
- Comfortable using a personal cell phone for work calls/texts
- Must pass background check & drug test (excluding marijuana)
