Inside Sales Representative
Opportunity Summary:
Are you a self-motivated individual who enjoys interacting with new people? If so, this could be the opportunity for you. We are seeking an organized and resourceful person to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative focused on growing our residential customer base.
This position will help potential customers realize the value of trusting us for their service and support needs. The Inside Sales Rep will market, present, and sell fiber and wireless internet services throughout our entire region.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with new customers sales by focusing on building our customer base and generating new revenue
• Prioritize goals to include new account sign-ups, upsells, and add-on services such as VoIP sales and managed router sales
• New Inquiry Prequalifications and Losses
• Call on all leads that come in via our lead page
• Receive sales training and continuing education
Desired Attributes:
• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and sales skills
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Ability to learn and explain a basic working knowledge of our products, components, technical concepts, and equipment
• Results-oriented position; must be able to adapt to changes easily and willingly in policy, procedures, and work environment
• Problem-solving and organization skills
• Maintain highest level of professionalism in all activities and appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking skills to come up with new solutions and work with existing team members to collaborate on a best way forward in unique situations
