Title: Genesys Routing Engineer
Location: Austin, TX(Hybrid)
Duration: Long term contract
Job Description:
We are looking to add a resource for the Genesys Routing team. This person should have had routing experience in the past. Our preference would be to have this resource available in Austin
Responsibilities include:
Act as the technical lead for the CCTech routing team
Work with the Apple business teams and routing team to arrive at appropriate designs to meet project objectives
Work in a very dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to meet project goals
Skills needed:
Expertise in Genesys ORS application development
Expertise in Genesys IRD application development
Expertise in Genesys framework and exposure on Genesys reporting
Expertise in Cloud CX
Experience in developing JavaScript code
Good communication skills
Good analytical skills and ability to research and present findings
Ability to multi-task
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
Pro-active and able to work on own initiative
