Position : Estimator Location : Haines City, FL (Onsite) Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 Requirements :
Proven experience estimating within construction or related industries
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel
Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
We are urgently hiring for an Estimator in the Haines City, FL. Work closely with management and sales team to accurately create estimates for construction project. Previous experience in construction required.
Proven aptitude in mathematics and analysis, with expertise in interpreting architectural blueprints
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Background in engineering, architecture, or construction, with familiarity in building materials and techniques
Exceptional attention to precision, capable of making accurate calculations for costs and material quantities
Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively coordinate with leadership and sales teams
Skilled in handling and prioritizing numerous projects at once
A bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, or a similar discipline is preferred
Experience in cost estimation is essential
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is advantageous, though not mandatory
