Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled SEO & Analytics Specialist to lead our digital optimization efforts and drive strategic growth. This role requires deep expertise in search engine optimization, data analytics, and digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader who can develop innovative SEO strategies, manage complex analytics projects, and deliver actionable insights to improve overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement solutions to enhance site architecture, indexing, and crawling.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs ) to monitor and report on website performance.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all digital content.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) to complement organic efforts.
- Provide detailed performance reports and data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SEO and analytics best practices.
- Lead A / B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve user engagement and conversions.
