Position Overview :
We are looking for a Web Developer & Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires a combination of advanced web development skills and a deep understanding of performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications while analyzing and improving their speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Conduct performance analysis of web applications and implement optimization strategies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot website performance issues, ensuring fast load times and optimal user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver seamless and efficient web solutions.
- Implement best practices for responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
- Utilize tools such as Google Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and New Relic to assess and improve performance metrics.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated on the latest web development trends, tools, and performance optimization techniques.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to web development and performance analysis.
