Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Web Developer & UX / UI & Content Strategist to lead the development, design, and content strategy of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical web development skills, user experience (UX) expertise, and strategic content planning abilities. This role involves conducting usability testing, navigation assessments, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and content audits to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications.
- Conduct usability testing and navigation assessments to enhance user experience.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve engagement and performance.
- Perform content audits to ensure alignment with UX goals and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing, to create cohesive digital experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Evaluate user experience (UX) through qualitative and quantitative methods and recommend improvements.
- Optimize website performance, including speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , and InVision for design, and HTML, CSS, JavaScript for development.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and UX / UI design.
