What You’ll Do
As a member of The Visionary West team, you will be the first contact with our customers working off pre-set appointments. In addition, you will:
- Ensures a quality, timely, customer experience for our customers by explaining the full product line, features and functions.
- Ability to work under pressure by managing a high volume of customer questions while providing an array of services requested by our customer.
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment, and willing to work independently when needed.
- Must be able to understand and explain contract details to customers. Be neat and organized when filing paperwork and sensitive information.
- Reports trends, issues and feedback learned from customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
What it Takes
Eligible candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred, but not required
- Good human relations skills to work effectively and professionally with customer’s questions.
- Basic understanding of equipment and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 15-30lbs.
- Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance. Hours for this job include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Possesses basic critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills to provide positive resolution during demonstrations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
