Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable paraplanner to join one of our private wealth advisors. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the advisor provide clients with expert financial guidance and strategies to help them achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with one of our private weals advisors to assess our clients financial situations, develop personalized plans, and monitor their progress. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others succeed financially.
Responsibilities
- Assist the private wealth advisor conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Help develop tailored financial plans that align with clients' goals, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management.
- Monitor clients' financial progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding their investments and financial decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using appropriate software tools.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as accountants or attorneys to provide holistic financial advice.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce for document creation and data management.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and schedules effectively.
- Data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate client records.
- Proficient proofreading skills to ensure all documentation is clear and error-free.
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and managing time efficiently.
- Experience in office management practices that enhance productivity within the team.
- Event planning capabilities to organize client seminars or workshops effectively.
