Are you an experienced solution professional with a passion for impactful work? Our client in Des Peres, MO, is seeking a remote, Corporate Event Planner (contractor) to join their Travel and Event Management Team. This role is offsite with reporting virtually to the office located in DePere, MO, with a competitive rate of $20 to $22 per hour. The start date is January 27, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Duties :
As a Corporate Event Planner, you will plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of corporate events, conferences, and meetings to enhance client relationships, employee engagement, and overall brand visibility.
Responsibilities :
- Event planners work with the clients sponsoring the function to understand their needs and financial budget for the event.
- Dates, timelines and the scope of the event are reviewed.
- Planner will select location choices, receive and review bids from vendors, coordinate travel arrangements, overnight accommodations and other services.
- Prepare reports for clients regarding budgets, pricing and the event’s activities.
