What WOULD your day LOOK like?
As a Weld Fitter at Visioneering, Inc., you will engage in a variety of tasks daily that revolve around assembling, fitting and tack welding various metals with precision and care. You will be reviewing blueprints to ensure adherence to specifications.
Expect hands-on collaboration with fellow team members, utilizing hand tools and machinery effectively to produce high-quality tools. Your typical schedule will involve Day Shifts from Monday to Friday, working from 6 AM to 4:45 PM, with a Saturday shift from 6 AM to 12 PM. (Sundays as needed) This routine allows you to maintain a balanced workweek, while fully immersing yourself in the fast-paced Aerospace environment.

To be successful as a Weld Fitter at Visioneering, Inc., you will need a strong foundation in metal fabrication principles. Attention to detail is crucial, as precision is key when working on Aerospace tooling. Effective communication skills will enable you to collaborate with team members and understand project specifications clearly. You should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the welding process. Additionally, strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential for executing intricate fittings accurately.
