We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our IT team. Responsibilities
- Provide hardware/software support by telephone, email, callout or via remote tools.
- Install and configure new (Windows) computers, notebooks, printers, multi-function devices and telephone handsets.
- Installing software, upgrading operating systems (Windows 7, 10 to Windows 11) and software version upgrades.
- On-premises server monitoring and management.
- Support of Print Management Solutions.
- Hands on ITIL Solutions like Goto, Jira
- Support for audiovisual facilities, video conferencing and microphones.
- Detection of potential major incidents and problems.
- Proactive maintenance and Incident Management.
- User Account Management.
- Issue documentation and resolution steps.
- Other duties as required contributing to the delivery of our Helpdesk service to our users, End-user tech support.
