Visionist, Inc. is looking to expand its Finance Department by adding a new position that will focus on full cycle prime contract management (invoicing, reporting, forecasting, contracting, etc.) with involvement from RFP to contract close-out while ensuring compliance with government regulations and corporate practices. Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a dedicated and skilled team to provide contract administration and management with a focus on cost-type contracts (CPAF, CPFF) including analyzing and negotiating contract requirements, proposal development, terms and conditions and contract and/or task order administration
- Produce and submit invoices to the government, as well as prime invoices in MPO
- Work closely with Program Managers and internal/external customers ensuring that all contract requirements are fulfilled
- Review/Sign Contract Documents from MPO
- Prepare all contracts reporting (CDR, FTE, QAR, Expenditure Reports), forecasts (by LCAT) to ensure that Government provided funds are sufficient to end of PoP, and suggested contract modifications if funds are insufficient
- Prepare all hours and dollar allocations to subcontractors, and provide data to subcontracts administrator for subcontract modifications
- Supervise subcontracts administrator
- Calculate all funding and PoP to subcontractors in-line with Prime contract
- Assist in the preparation of cost columns for both prime and subcontracting RFP opportunities
- Work with Director to prepare cost volume for any changes in scope/FTEs which Government
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5 years of experience supporting projects of similar scope and complexity
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle multiple contracts in various phases of activity, make sound decisions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to identify and resolve contracts risks by coordinating appropriate internal reviews and/or implement process improvements wherever possible
- Ability to problem solve including building and maintaining Excel models which serve to reconcile contract activity with Unanet reports
