What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Aide position at Visions Adolescent Treatment Center?

General Job Duties:
The primary job is to keep the clients as safe and comfortable as possible. Our clients are being treated for various mental health issues and/or drug and alcohol treatment.
- Facilitates clients' daily activities in residential treatment.
- Transports clients in company vehicles to doctor appts, and nightly activities. (typically day shift)
- Observes and monitor clients' behavior and document observations in EMR system (Kipu)
- Assists with supervision of medication protocols.
- Communicates client interaction with the clinical team to ensure our clients get the best care possible.
- Conducts UA drug screen collection when directed, following appropriate procedures
The ideal candidate is someone who is detailed and has a desire to help facilitate change in teens headed down the wrong path. He or she would also have a good sense of humor and can be flexible to changes during the shift when things don't go "perfectly". We are a hard working team but we also have a great time.

- We are a drug free work place and candidates will be subject to a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid Drivers License Required
- 3- 12 hour shifts are considered full time.
- We have a mandatory staff meeting weekly.You will not be able to work shifts until you receive your Live Scan clearance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
