- Conduct account reconciliations to verify outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize double entry bookkeeping principles to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes related to accounts payable and receivable.
- Negotiate payment terms with clients to facilitate timely collections.
- Perform data entry tasks related to account transactions, ensuring precision in all records.
- Analyze aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize outstanding debts.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable performance for management review.
