What You'll Pour into the Role :
- Coffee Knowledge Required! Can be a combination of machine, coffee, or accessories or all three!
- A minimum of three years sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting targets. A deep love and understanding of Specialty Coffee is a huge plus.
- Baseline understanding of coffee tools, grinders, and machines.
- Stellar relationship-building skills, with a knack for brewing new connections and delivering top-notch customer service.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, QuickBooks inventory software, and bonus points for HubSpot experience.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, driven, and goal-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects with ease.

Your Role at Visions Espresso Service :
As our Sales Representative for the West Region, you'll be the face of Visions Espresso, brewing relationships and opportunities across Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and beyond. You'll cultivate new business aligned with our ethos, manage and grow our reseller network, and expand our brand presence with your blend of hospitality, coffee passion, and savvy sales strategies. Your role is essential in demonstrating our equipment and services, offering solutions to our clients, and ensuring they receive the exceptional customer service we're known for. Outbound calling will be a large focus in this role to generate new business (50-100 calls per day).
A Day in the Life :
The Details :
Location : Based in Seattle, WA with a wanderlust for travel throughout the West Region.
Compensation : base salary commission, ranging from $60,000 to $120,000, depending on your blend of experience and sales acumen
Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends for special events.
Reporting to : Director of Operations
Physical and Travel Requirements : Comfortable with both desk duties and field adventures, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and ready for 25% travel within your territory. A valid Driver's License is a must.
