Title of Position: Branding Coordinator – Endwell, NY
Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Compensation Range: $23/Hr - $30/Hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
Location: Headquarters – 3301 Country Club Rd, Endwell, NY 13760.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Act as primary contact for all Visions branding relationships and sponsorships.
- Manage assets associated with sponsorships, which include (but are not limited to): corporate ads, tickets, tabling opportunities, providing creative assets, etc.
- Be present at all meetings, and press conferences as needed, representing the organization from a branding capacity.
- Ensuring Branding Guidelines are upheld in all instances.
- Review monthly branding budget reconciliation, and present to manager.
- Review sponsorship requests and provide recommendations to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and budget, while also proactively seeking new sponsorship opportunities that support strategic objectives.
- Audit monthly GL transactions and bring any unauthorized transaction to manager’s attention.
- Report investments made within specifically defined strategic categories, including analysis of the success and value of existing sponsorships to inform future decisions.
- Facilitate all activations associated with Branding, including events and/or trade shows. This includes gauging interest/availability of staff, completing registration forms, submitting payment and obtaining required insurance documentation, preparing and providing supplies, and executing the activation day-of the event.
- Provide support for Visions Cares program for table activations associated with philanthropic sponsorships.
- Ensure staff for activation have clear understanding of expectations regarding these activations while also having necessary supplies needed to execute a successful event, while following brand guidelines.
- Manage the Visions #BRANDbassador Program, which is a voluntary program open to all Visions employees.
- Recruitment of new members (during the new hire process and beyond), training volunteers on expectations, activating the volunteer force where it is deemed valuable, and incentivizing participants to ensure high levels of engagement.
- Provide departmental back-up coverage as needed.
- Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field with 1-3 years of experience; 3- 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to work as a part of a team, and delegate tasks.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and creating spreadsheets used for tracking event data.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the Credit Union, and its products and services.
