Salary Range
$270,000/yr. -$340,000/yr. * Hiring rates may be dependent on factors such as years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location, or special skills*
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to direct reports, Human Resources, and Culture & Inclusion divisions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Strategy aligned with the Enterprise Strategic Plan.
- Identify areas of opportunity in talent management and plan resources accordingly.
- Create and execute enterprise-wide human resources strategies and programs promoting transformative HR.
- Oversee effective HR management systems, processes, and standards to support business strategies and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Salary : $270,000 - $340,000
