Title of Position: Maintenance Technician
Position Type: Full-Time. Regular hours include Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Compensation Range: $20.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
Location: Position is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Endwell, NY.

Responsibilities/Duties::
- You will maintain and repair Visions facilities.
- Assist with oversight and evaluation of outside contractor work, and perform a variety of tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility, which may include repair to HVAC, plumbing, electrical or other building systems.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma required with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
