Job Description
This role will provide strategic leadership and guidance to all direct reports and their respective divisions, including Human Resources and Culture & Inclusion. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience working directly in multiple HR disciplines and a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources leadership experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing enterprise-wide human resources strategies and programs that facilitate transformative HR. They will also oversee Talent Management/Development efforts and strategies and gather cross-functional support and ideas as appropriate.
