This Project Manager will manage key corporate relocations and is a subject matter expert on the programming, planning, execution and closeout of projects. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of their projects; set deadlines, be accurate and timely in the preparation of detailed drawings, inventories, assigning responsibilities, managing budget and vendors, communicating effectively with all stakeholders, summarizing project progress and preparing reports for management regarding project status. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, within scope, while demonstrating a passion for Visions Management’s “client first” approach.
Position Goals
- Successfully plan and manage moves of any size
- Works as part of the Project Team, development of scope, fee and schedule for project work
- Work with the Project Team to develop additional avenues of revenue for the Visions Management Variable Vertical
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the move management process
- Ensure all move management activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and Visions Management’s standards
- Work to enhance best practices for Visions Management Variable Vertical
- Ensure data accuracy within move management systems
- Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators
- Train and mentor staff on move management best practices in order to grow the team
- Enhance own professional and personal skills
- Meet assigned financial targets
Role/Responsibilities
- Work with the Visions Management Executive team to prepare fee proposals and general scope.
- Act as the main point of contact between Visions Management and the client.
- Manage all aspects of the contract from fee negotiation to project scheduling, inventory, RFP development, planning, project oversight, closeout, etc.
- Participates in planning meetings hosted by the client, contractor and/or other key stakeholders
- Host Move/Planning related project meetings
- Establish move project goals and objectives, making changes where necessary to ensure desired project results
- Develop and implement move project plan and budget through collaboration with the key stakeholders
- Prepare/update project status reports, review invoices and ensure timely payment, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence.
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost- effective manner
- Incorporate best practices into move projects
- Consult with key stakeholders on lab space planning, equipment specification and relocation requirements.
- Ensure move processes are managed in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures
- Proactively manage project-related issues
- Manage supporting suppliers (technology, furniture, movers, riggers, etc.)
- Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with Visions Management’s standards of performance
- Promote Visions Management services to prospective clients
- Ensure all project initiation, execution and closeout documentation are complete
- Comply with all Visions Management’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to time & expenses, ethics, and business practice

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 5-10 years of experience working with architects and owners in clinical environment in a Project Manager role
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
- Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organized with strong analytical skills, detail oriented
- Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
- Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
