About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Construction Foreman to lead crews and keep projects running smoothly. If you're a skilled carpenter with supervisory experience and the ability to manage job sites efficiently, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople on commercial construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints , ensuring work meets project specifications
- Oversee quality control and ensure job sites are safe, organized, and productive
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to keep jobs on schedule
- Hands-on carpentry work as needed to support your team
