The salary up to $190K, depending on experience, with the potential for bonuses and other perks. This position is ideally suited for candidates based in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT). Confidential Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Hands-on experience with CNC, lathes, and aerospace manufacturing. 7 years in manufacturing operations, with 5 years in leadership. Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and cross-functional leadership. Experience in managing manufacturing operations with a minimum of 150 personnel.
