Job Summary
This position serves on a team of Oracle Cloud experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of the Benefits module within the Oracle Cloud software. During the implementation product, this person will be responsible for the build and configuration of all Benefits plans (Medical, Pension, Retirement Plans, etc.). Post go-live this position will provide post production support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the software. This role will also provide internal customers Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) with the best possible solutions to utilize the system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support. This person Perform other duties as assigned. General tasks and responsibilities will include:
Provide PeopleSoft Benefits Production support
Provide functional support and configuration expertise to the team for Oracle Cloud Benefits module.
Involved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project
Knowledge of ORACLE Cloud is a must with at least 3 implementations on the Benefits module
Partner with HRSS personnel to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications.
Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions
Work with other teams during downtimes, SQL server updates, Epic upgrades
Perform other work as assigned
