RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of this client-facing CLIENT SERVICES SEARCH CONSULTANT include, but are not limited to :
Conduct one-on-one discovery calls with key stakeholders and decision makers of the organization via phone, zoom, and in personAbility to present high level information to key stakeholdersMeet with clients online or in person to conduct brainstorm sessions, consultation, and candidate reviewsCompose written Position Profiles utilizing brainstorm notesManage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, completing them on time and on budgetAssess and evaluate candidates using our proprietary, objective assessment tools, including resume scoring, phone interviews, and interviews via zoomCompile candidate reports for presentation to the clientConsult, guide, and communicate with clients throughout each project in both written or verbal formThis CLIENT SERVICES SEARCH CONSULTANT role is in-person (fully remote opportunities available for highly experienced candidates)
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
5 years’ working in a business environmentExperience working directly with business owners, executives, or similar leadersComfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Zoom, Skype, and other cloud or web-based applicationsPreferred
2 years’ leadership or project management experience4-year degree or equivalent work experienceClient services experienceB2B services experienceHuman resources experienceAccount management experienceExperience working with small to medium sized companies (up to 100 employees)Desired
