We are seeking a charismatic Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant to join our team. This individual will be the face of our Exam Practice, ensuring every patient has a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate patient records and conduct preliminary testing
- Introduce patients to optometrists and provide essential information
- Transition patients from doctors to sales floors, educating associates about their needs
- Support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals through day-to-day operational activities
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Related customer or patient experience preferred but not necessary
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience
