We are seeking a charismatic and passionate individual to join our team as an Optometrist Assistant. This role is crucial in bringing the 'care' back to the vision care industry, providing exceptional customer service and experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing
- Transitioning patients from doctor to sales floor and providing necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
- Executing day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs
As an Optometrist Assistant, you will be trained and knowledgeable about eye health and preliminary testing, optics, our products/services, and managed vision care. We offer a competitive salary of $97 per hour for full-time positions, along with medical and dental benefits.
