We're looking for a talented person to join our Visit Helena team. This team member will offer a high level of interpersonal skills and possess a results-focused approach and commitment to going the extra mile for key stakeholders, tourism partners, clients, and vendors including adapting quickly to situations, managing demands, and deadlines. This person must be a self-starter.
Responsibilities include identifying and executing leisure strategies, tactics, and opportunities to promote Helena as a preferred destination.
The Visit Helena Programs and Events Manager serves the organization as an individual who helps execute programming to help fulfill the mission together with the Visit Helena Social Media Manager, Visitor Services Coordinator, Executive Director, and Helena TBID Board of Directors. This person is responsible for leading assigned Visit Helena programs to help meet mission and priorities for the organization.
The position reports to the Executive Director of Visit Helena and works closely with the Visit Helena team, TBID Board of Directors, Helena Chamber & CVB, and tourism partners. This person is employed by the Helena Tourism Alliance which manages the Helena Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID).
