Our mission here at Visiting Ancillary Services(VAS) is to be the premier provider of ancillary services to the long-term care industry and to provide the highest quality low-cost services to our neighborhood clinics.
Visiting Ancillary Services was founded in April 2010, as a 501(c) 3 Non-Profit Charity, and we provide full-service programs to over 120 facilities. We deliver the finest outreach programs to residents, and we believe each resident should leave us with a smile and a happy demeanor.

Customer Service Specialist : This position will support both the Billing / Accounting Departments
Major Duties & Responsibilities : Billing
- Obtaining pre-authorizations as required
- Ensures accurate billing, timely submission of electronic and / or paper claims
- Monitors claim status, researches rejection and denials
- Follow up on delinquent claims and past-due invoices
- Experience with Denticon is a plus.
