Caregiver Relations Specialist
Visiting Angels Boerne, TX is seeking a dedicated and experienced Caregiver Relations Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Facilitate talent management processes, including performance evaluations and career development initiatives.
- Maintain and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee data tracking.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle change management processes to support organizational transitions smoothly.
- Administer workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- On-Call responsibilities
Skills
- Proficient in interviewing techniques and human resources best practices.
- Strong talent management capabilities to identify high-potential employees.
