- You have a valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, auto insurance.
- You are are able to commute throughout Santa Cruz and/or Monterey County.
- You are available to work 1 weekend shift per week. (Either Sat or Sun)
- You have at least 1 year Facility Experience or CNA Equivalent Level Skill Set. (Big Plus!)
- You have Dementia Care Exp. (Big Plus!)
- You have Hoyer Lift Exp. (Big Plus!)

- Days open between Sunday & Friday
- 8am - 1pm
- 1pm - 6pm
Caregiver Duties!
- Dementia Care
- Transfers (with or without the use of Hoyer Lift)
- Companionship & Conversation
- Meal Planning & Preparation
- Medication Reminders
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting, brief change)
- Light Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Hospice Care (Bed Bound Care)
- Transportation to appointments and errands
