You have a valid Driver's License & reliable vehicle auto insurance.
You are are able to commute throughout Santa Cruz and / or Monterey County.
You are available to work 1 weekend shift per week . (Either Sat or Sun)
You have at least 1 year Facility Experience or CNA Equivalent Level Skill Set.
You have Dementia Care Exp. (Big Plus!)
You have Hoyer Lift Exp. (Big Plus!)

Morning / Afternoons
Evenings / Nights

Caregiver Duties!
Companionship & Conversation
Meal Planning & Preparation
Medication Reminders
Personal Hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting, brief change)
Light Housekeeping
Laundry
Hospice Care (Bed Bound Care)
Dementia Care
Transfers (with or without equipment such as hoyer lift)
Transportation to appointments and errands
