Scheduling/HR Assistant

Visiting Angels Overland Park is looking for a Scheduling/HR Assistant. The ideal candidate must have a professional demeanor, be a self-starter, be a problem solver, be able to think outside of the box, have the ability to multi-task, and the ability to handle stressful situations.

Some of the responsibilities for this position are:

• Answering phone calls
• Organize and maintain file systems in compliance with policies and regulations
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees, clients, and clients family members
• Responsible for overall client satisfaction and customer service
• Assist with scheduling in staffing cases according to agency guidelines and client needs, being proactive in meeting the needs of both caregiver and client
• Assisting with recruiting and scheduling applicants as needed
• Maintain positive relationships with all clients and referral sources
• Perform other miscellaneous clerical tasks deemed appropriate by management
• Perform orientations for new hires

Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and on call every other weekend. We offer paid health insurance.
