Attention leaders with business experience looking for the career culture you have been seeking. Visiting Angels, America’s Choice in Homecare, is hiring a Care Coordinator/Leadership Team Member for our Charleston, WV, office.
We are a leading multi-location franchisee for the top brand in home care seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial individual with business experience, and preferably a bachelor’s degree or associate degree as a Full-Time Care Coordinator reporting to our Regional Director.
We have a comprehensive six-week training program to prepare you for all aspects of hiring and scheduling our roster of Caregivers as well as performing assessments and starts of care. You are a valuable team member leading our wonderful Caregivers who provide consumer pay and veteran clients with companionship, meal preparation, errands, shopping, medication reminders, hygiene assistance, and light housekeeping. You will also participate in an equally distributed on-call rotation.
Package includes a salary of $53,000, bi-weekly performance bonuses, health insurance, generous PTO, a 401K with 2% company match, the use of a company vehicle if travel is required within our territory during business hours, the most rewarding and positive culture you will ever experience, and mutual respect from your employer.
